This two bedroom, two bath contemporary home is reminiscent of the mid-century modern style of the 1950s. The front door opens onto an open plan living area with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom and another full bathroom complete the floor plan. Sliding glass doors open off the dining area onto a fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. Another patio, locate by the large swimming pool, offers plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing. All in all, this is the perfect home for a couple or small family. (Note: This lot was inspired by my Sims 4 lot, Bakersfield.)

Created for Sims 3. My base game is patched through 1.67.2.024001. I have the World Adventures and Ambitions expansion packs and the Twinbrook, Monte Vista and Riverview worlds installed. However, this lot was created using the base game only and the following EA store items: Infinite Curtains and Full Force Firewood. If you do not have the EA store items, base game objects will be substituted. If no comparable base game items exist, the objects will simply be omitted. No custom content was used. For other lots that do not contain CC, see the Recommended tab. (Sim not included.)

This lot was built on a 30x30 lot in Sunset Valley.
