This home is the happy medium for people who want a spacious house, but not a giant monster of a mansion. ;) Butternut Hill has a garage that will fit one car, however it can easily be turned into a spare room if you're in desperate need of a little extra space! This house is also a little optically tricky (does that make sense?) because it looks as though there could be a second floor. If you demolish some of the rooms beneath you could add some stairs that will lead you to a smaller upper floor, however I thought everyone would appreciate having just one floor and a little more room. I hope you like this one!
