This beautiful villa offers spectacular views from its perch overlooking the sea in Monte Vista. Once an olive grove, many of the old trees still stand behind the original homestead, now a detached guest house with an open living/dining/kitchen area on the first floor and one bedroom and bath on the second. A portico leads to the entrance of the luxurious main house, which offers a huge living room, open kitchen/dining area, half bath, and master bedroom with en suite bath on the first floor and two bedrooms, a bath, and a study on the second. A colonnade off the living room opens onto a lovely courtyard with a beautiful fountain in the front of the house. Another colonnade in the back extends across the living room and master bedroom, providing access to the pool and an outdoor dining area with wood fire oven. A two-car garage is attached to the main house. Vista Del Mar is definitely a must see for the discerning Sim who is eager to join the ranks of the Monte Vista elite.
A very special thank you goes to Pilar whose beautiful Muratura Kitchen inspired this creation. I simply had to build a house around it, and I hope I have done it justice. Thanks, Pilar!!

The TSR Creations below were used in this Creation.
Vista Del Mar was originally built at 25 Verona Way in Monte Vista. My base game is patched through 1.57.62.023001. Items from the World Adventures expansion pack and the Monte Vista world have been used throughout the lot. If you do not have these items installed, base game items will generally be substituted for them. I have also used the following EA store items: Surface al Fresco table, Chair al Fresco dining chair, Rustic Loaf Box, Full Force Firewood, and Big Day Curtains. When testing the lot, I found that base game curtains were substituted for the Big Day Curtains; however, you will need to choose substitutes for the other EA store items as these were simply omitted. No stuff packs were used.
This is a very large file and may take a while to download. I am working on a partially furnished version for upload for those who have trouble with the fully furnished version.
