So your sims follow the circus career? How can they bear living in a typical house? Mine couldn't so I built a small circus home. The wagon is parked in a corner of the lot and contains a bedroom cum office and bathroom facilities behind bead curtains, the special design of the caravan prevents spillage both from broken taps, stopped toilets and messy showers. The tent contains daytime facilities, kitchen, sitting room and dining room plus a few activities. Next to the pool there are guest facilities and an exercize room, walled in by high hedges to insure privacy. The reds and yellows in foliage are specially enhanced to last year round in order to insure the festive colour scheeme. Heavy usage of sawdust for floor covers adds the scent of the circus. It is automatically renewed, no care needed. The pleasure gardens are selfwatering and need no care, however there is a large vegetable garden and a small wine plot that do need daily care.

I would recommend a visit to SimALittleDreamaLot for training objects such as the trampolie and the pommel horse to place between the pool and the yellow tree. Also pay a visit to colorized sims for a bunk bed if the family has children. (I had these items in before making the lot ready for TSR)
