WOW! You made this?!?!?! I have had this dress in my game for ages, and I never knew who made it! I got it at the Maxis site on an Elisabeta character sim download. Now, as I'm paging through TSR, here it is!!! I absolutely LOVE this dress! Thank you very much for your work!
