This doi is hidden under water, so there is no way to show its facade. Outside, everything looks like a thickly overgrown island in the middle of the lake. Your Sims will be able to swim freely and even go fishing!
Under the islet is a small pretty house that has everything you need for your mermaid or couple in love. An island (house roof) is not available for sims. But if you remove the plants and lower the landscape, then your Sims will be able to get there by swimming the pool.

To decorate the pool inside and out, some items from the debug mode were used, codes: bb.showhiddenobjects, bb.moveobjects on.
Near the pool there are 2 different plates allowing fishing.

The house is built and furnished as usual without codes, so the interior is easy to change.

Lot checked in the game.
The price without furniture is approximately 53 thousand.
