A small house for your single sim! Was built specifically for a writer sim, so fear not for the amount of books placed around the house (hint: a LOT) as they didn't make a hindrance for your sim to move around. Complete with a tiny living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom and bathroom and also; a laundry room with a working washing machine and dryer for fresh clothing!
