Here's a gorgeous, unique and whimsical sea castle for your beautiful mermaids. Your mermaids or merman can live in opulent luxury while living above the ocean's surface. It's a mini castle with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms in the towers consist of a bathroom, laundry room, library and a room to paint in. There is also an indoor coral reef that your mermaids can get into but it's mostly there for decoration. The castle also has a home theater on the top floor. There is also an office and home gym. I've placed bubbles throughout the castle to make it feel more like a fairy tale. The lot traits are Romantic Aura, Sunny Aspect and the non-removable trait Oceanic Paradise which is perfect for mermaids! I also wanted to mention that there are 5 floors with 3 of them being actual living spaces. Happy Simming!

The castle was built on the 40X30 beach lot in Lani St. Taz so it's best that you place it there.

Please note: If you decide to have your mermaid get into indoor coral reef, you will need to teleport your sim out and then reset them once out. They are able to get in but aren't able to get out for some reason. Again it’s mostly there for decoration but would be awesome for taking pictures! Please activate bb.showhiddenobjects, bb.showliveeditobjects, bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement and then place lot from build mode. This is very important.
