To find this outfit after installation, simply go to a store where you can purchase clothing as you would any other article of clothing in the game (make sure you choose "everyday" clothes for a teen female under whole outfit rather than "top" or "bottom"\;\). Custom outfits are always at the beginning of the shopping catalog dialog miniscreen. Then buy the outfit and send your sim home. Once at home, use a dresser and choose "plan outfit / everyday". Choose the outfit and enjoy your new look. ^.^
