If you want to enjoy a rural environment, surrounded by nature, good atmosphere and live comfortably in the same place where you have your business, this creation is the place you are looking for.

It is a warm village that has five houses for live, areas for gardeners, a bar, area for doctors, for detective, a pastry shop, a clothing store and an art shop. Outside there is a central area with a plaza and a large pool for residents and visitors. There are a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The interiors are totally decorated, although by the format of the rise I have not been able to show more images. The village is very cozy and you can customize it with all those shops that you like. The creation don't have custom content.

For business there is only a building of three floors, so that you can close the rest of doors to public access, except the bar, the detective office and the medical consultation.

I'm having issues downloading houses - I know that we can't access the Gallery so I get my mods from TheSimsResouce, however every time I try to download certain houses I get the "Cannot place content because it was made on a newer version of the game." message.
