Created for: The Sims 3

Building a 3 bedroomed luxury Villa with carport and pool with deck area on a 20x30 lot was no easy task for the Mirabello's. Keeping the same architectural style as the rest of the town, this home has been built using plenty of economical space technique and also includes 2 bathroom, an outdoor cloak room and plenty of space for expansion at basement and roof level. It comes completely furnished and decorated throughout.
