ARMONIOSO is a Tuscan style residence. With it's warm earthy tones and rustic feel, this house lives up to it's name.
Armonioso means Harmonious in Italian, and that is what you will feel the moment you enter. A feeling of harmony and peace. From the manicured lawns and low maintenance garden of yellow roses and daisies, to the luxurious master bedroom, this house is stylish, elegant, warm and welcoming.
Ground floor has a large pool with loungers and a wood oven, a spa, and a fountain on the outside. Interior contains, large kitchen, separate dining room, general living room with book shelves, a television, and a fish tank feature wall between it and the kitchen, the Great Room, perfect for the gentlemen to relax and have a game of pool or relax in front of the open fireplace. There is a bathroom, and a laundry with toilet facilities. There is also an all in one bathroom accesable from the pool area. No need to go inside with wet feet or clothes.
Second floor houses the two cosy double bedrooms, both with fireplaces, and a twin single bedroom. The twin single has desks and computers for studying, and a tv and games table for amusement. There is a bathroom with separate toilet on this floor.
Third floor is the master suite. Here there is a large bedroom with lots of room and a fireplace, a spacious bathroom, a sewing room/office/designing room, complete with sewing machine, dressmakers dummy, desk and designing table. There is also a private gym room and a lovely sun room with luxurious seating and 180 degree views.
If you have always wanted that Mediterranean holiday but could never afford it, here is a way to live the dream without the expense of travelling. Enjoy.

My game is fully patched. I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed up to Into the Future, but NOT including Katy perry and Diesel expansions. This will run in the base game but he custom content will be replaced by default furnishings and pattens, but this will not affect the playing of the house. The TSR Rigfix patch has been run on my game and supporting CC folders. This is an original work, I build these free houses for use and enjoyment in YOUR game only, so, PLEASE, do not re-upload it anywhere, or use it as a template to build a lot for upload, or claim it as your own.
