Here is my second beach house FREE, now !
I had just change the windows and doors. I take the set of windows and doors that i used in my last house (einfash buid funny set).

It's composed of 2 levels.
Groundfloor : Lobby, wc, kitchen, laundry, diningroom and livingroom wtih cheminey, terrace.
Firstfloor: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large balcony.
Outdoor: Swimming pool and kitchen outdoor.

Not furnished (just outdoor).

I hope you will enjoy it.

I recently played in Barnacle Bay world...and i think i will change it into a charming little island of northern america. Sure, i will post on TSR all of my community lots ...and other beach houses.
