Forest Ruin - I built this lot as a community lot for a competition and changed it into a residential lot. They differ only in furnishing - the ruin has a broken roof, torned walls, and a neglected garden. But it is hopefully reasonably habitable, and with some loose change they can make it more comfortable for the sims.

Before your sim can enter the house, it it should clear away the bushes to ;)
