Pechewood: a contemporary beachside home of 2bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 2 of which are the convenient all-in-one type located in the ground floor informal entertainment areas.
Entry to the house is via a stair to the first floor; here will be found the main living areas, including kitchen, dining and TV lounge, plus the family bathroom.
The two bedrooms occupy the top floor; the bathroom here is ensuite to the main bedroom and shared for the single room. Two sun balconies are a feature of this level.
The ground floor is taken up by an indoor pool with diving board. The is also seating and a plentiful supply of towels, not to mention a choice of cool drinks and sweet snacks.
Separate to the main house,and at the rear of the lot, is a games room with bar, pool table, electronic games and a karaoke machine. Again, plenty of seating is provided for relaxation and/or spectators. A stair on the external wall leads up to an observation deck with telescope and a luxurious spa bath.
Adjacent to this building is an outdoor kitchen setup, which includes fridge, barbeque and counter with dishwasher, plus picnic table seating with sunshade and a garden swing seat.
A double garage houses 2 vehiclea and includes a comprehensive workshop.
This completes the basic specs for Pechewood. It occupies the beachside lot at 477 Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley but requires only a flat 30x30 lot for relocation.
