Statuesque Place is in the quiet neighborhood of Sunset Valley, resting just below the hillside. This house comes equipped with three bedrooms so it is enough to sleep five Sims. And two full baths. There is also a pool for those Sim swimmers! If your Sims are looking for something mildly elegant, they will love Statuesque!
The entire house is fully furnished and decorated throughout. There is a decent-sized living room space, kitchen and dining area, and a full main bathroom on the first floor. There is also a one-stall garage, with one extra space for a car outside of the garage. There is a back patio as well. And there is a pool! There is a half-level type of stairway leading up to the second story... you will find a hallway, two adult bedrooms and one kids bedroom, as well as another bathroom connected to an adult room. It is located at 17 Maywood Lane in Sunset Valley.

I did use 'constrainfloorelevation true/false' for the foundation that's in-between the first and second floor for the stairway.
