Created for: The Sims 3

I was hoping to build a Steampunk lot for so long... Dreaming to use the amazing content made by ShinoKCR, Lulu, Cyclonesue and the gorgeous patterns made by TSR amazing artists... Well that was quite a challenge and I hope you'll like this boat featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a study. The boat is surrounded by a big pool. I made this boat on a 40 x 30 lot and, if you so wish, you can install it on a larger lot and create the surrounding you'll like. I hope you'll have fun with it.
