Here is another contemporary home that I hope your Sims will find peaceful and fill them with happiness. Fully furnished, the interior features an open floor plan with a open galley style kitchen looking out into the dining and living area, and a secluded study perfect for those more studious Sims. Upstairs there is a spacious master bedroom and a cozy nursery perfect for a growing family. Also upstairs there is a large four piece bathroom in cool blue. Outside you will find lusciously landscaped land and a small pool complete with fountains. There is plenty of room to recline by the pool or eat a small bite from the BBQ. Finally there is a two car garage.
