IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon first placing the lot, the Kanto Garden Lights are going to be inside the fence posts. Using MOO cheat (bb.moveobjects) and pressing F5 to allow 1/4 square movement you can raise the lights to the top of the fence posts (9 raises an object, 0 lowers). After this initial step, save your game and the lights should remain on the posts so long as you don't move the lot elsewhere.
