This is my sims version of the vintage Sears Roebuck craftsman style prefab house. The Josephine was designed between the 1920s and late 1940s, but remained a popular build for decades after because of the cute, yet affordable floor plan. This sim build comes with all the necessities including a finished basement; all without using any custom content. I hope you enjoy.
