Ceiling Beam: Must be placed on the floor in succession, starting at one side of the room and working across. The individual segments snap together. Once the beam has been constructed, you can pick up the first piece you placed and the entire beam will move with it. Then you can place the beam into the wall bracket, but you may need to use the < and > keys to flip it around so it's facing the right direction, and use the M key to move it so that it's sitting in the correct slot. (The beam segments will NOT snap together if it's placed into the air first!)

The hanging wires and breaker box all contain an effect taken from broken dones that will cause them to spark and sizzle intermittently. The effect requires the University PATCH to be installed, you do NOT need the full pack itself.

The fire barrel contains fireplace effects - both the fire and smoke. The effects are permanent and cannot be turned on or off.

The vertical beams all contain slots on top so they can be stacked for use in multi-story rooms.
