Ksenia Solo is a Latvian-born, Canadian actress, best known for her roles as Tasha on Life Unexpected and as Kenzi on Lost Girl, a supernatural tv thriller on Canadian cable channel Showcase,created by Michelle Lovretta and produced by Prodigy Pictures in association with Shaw Media. She was born October 8, 1987 in the Latvian Soviet Socialist Republic and is of Russian heritage. She was raised in Canada, but currently lives in Los Angeles. She studied ballet until age 14, when a back injury forced her to stop. Her acting credits also include Hanna in A Man of Substance, Micheline in The Republic of Love, Veronica in Black Swan and Emma in The Factory as well as a number of television shows and made-for-tv movies.
