English is not my first language, don't blame me too ahah I will try my best to express myself. So, at the first impression, it's seems you doing good. Yes, you have to download de file and put it into the mods's file. Sometimes, mods don't appear in the sims because of the data. (I don't know if this is the right term, but anyway) In the files of Eletronic arts (compagnie of the game the sims), then the sims 4, You have "localthumbcache" (this is not a file). You have to deleted it. (You can delete "clientDB" too) Don't worry, this is not going to do anything for your gameplay ahah This is juste something for the mods, because sometimes the game has not correctly saved the mod. It will erase the memory of it and when you come in game, new memories will remplace the old's one. This is how I manage to know if my mod on the site is working. Of course, I removed the original one to put the one of the site, for seeing if this is a problem of the mod's site. So for me, the mod of the site is working, and if this is not working, I don't know what else to do I am very sorry. But did you have try another of my mods if it cause the same thing? Do you have HD mod? Maybe is a problem with the blush.
