Its a screenshot of Eleanor in Victoria Frances style, I did create the make-up and the clothes she is wearing I also did create the eyes, the hair can you find in the sims3 store of the official sims3 site. (background made in gimp, going to create this screenshot into a wallhanging soon) The make-up and the eyes are a work in progress, was testing it in game. The top she is wearing will be uploaded soon on the site.
