Thanks so much I downloaded this a while ago and long story lost some of my files so glad I found it again this one and number 4 are GREAT houses and I use them all the time, great job well done \:\)
 
P.s I also made the upstairs into an office its perfect.

I changed the upstairs lounging area to a office because I loved the bedrooms to much to convert them lol!  This is an amazingly decorated & built home.  I have been looking for a modern house that was still homey feeling and you accomplished just that!  Thank you SO much for sharing it!  \:rah\:
