Real life situation

Hi,

I planned to submit more Dandelion Ridge lots, but it seems that I have to abandon the idea at least for a while. My daughter, who was seriously ill last autumn, is at the hospital again and I am not sure if I can concentrate on the game & creating. On the other hand it may be the only thing I can do - who knows.

However, I have played a lot recently and also learned a lot. I've also found so many useful tutorials here at TSR! It's really great that people share what they've learn!

I'd also love to get the Apartment Life EP, but my computer needs a serious fixing before that. It needs to be cleaned up and updated.

Dandelion Square & Lilac Lodge

I've submitted today the Lilac Lodge, a fully furnished and equipped dream starter with a bargain price of § 19960,00 ... It's mainly decorated/built with basic game contents but there is an Maxoid Monkey item in the garden (beware of that!!) and also Tabbylou's great recolors in the bedroom and the livingroom. I also submitted a community lot Dandelion Square which offer lots of activities for your sims. There's a daily foodstore to fill the fridge. Reading, chess & computers in the library. Restrooms upstars. A beautiful Rose Chapel for small weddings. Lovely restaurant with 2 terraces, restrooms and a special room for the bride. Clothing boutique to buy new clothes. Surroundings are very pleasant. There's a pond so that your sims can fish if they feel like. I hope the lot will be approved so that you can enjoy it! It's been so nice to notice that so many have downloaded my Simford City lots! I will, however, leave Simford City for a while.

Last month I made a motorbike trip with my husband along the south coast of Finland and we visited many small seaside towns filled with 100 - 150 years old villas. Because of that I have decided to continue in the Baltic Sea Collection style, only now the "neighborhood" is called Dandelion Ridge. All the Dandelion Ridge lots are completely made of Maxis basic game content and there are no custom items (except maybe Maxoid Monkey creations from the EA Sims2 official site).

I have already built three lots. One is a community lot Dandelion Square: There is a charming old white wooden wedding chapel, an old library, restaurant designed especially for weddings, daily foodstore and a clothing boutique.

There are also two residential lots, Marigold Cottage (furnished and unfurnished) and Lilac Lodge (unfurnished). I will have my sims test all the lots today or tomorrow and after that I will submit the lots. I will also add some pictures here later.

Simford City Villa Silvia

I've submitted today a new residential lot Villa Silvia, it is pending and I hope it'll be approved, too:)! Villa Silvia is a fully furnished lot for a family with two children. It is spacious and cozy but also very good for entertaining guests! It's also guaranteed that your sim-children will get to the private school if they live in this house! I have used a lot of custom items and I thank all the great artists who let builders like me use their creations is the lots! So thank you Cyclonesue, Lianaa, Maxoid Monkey, Sims2sisters, Spaik, Tabbylou, Windkeeper, linegud and Simtomatic Here are some pictures: Brs Tiina:)

Simford City is growing!

I am glad to tell you that I have several community lots under construction: The legendary Gala Club, downtown lot Simford Square and The Sim Tower. I have many more ideas but at the moment these three are on their way to be ready. There are some tests that my sims will have to do and some other things to check, but as soon as possible I will submit these three lots. And I hope you'll like them! Simford City

Submitted today: This classic lot was earlier owned by a not-so-well-known Simford City filmstar Eleanor Ellister, who mainly acted in horror movies as a dead blonde. The house has all modern comforts: balconies, toilets, car, stairs, rooms, walls, even windows – that’s the main reason why Eleanor Ellister so much loved this house! Simford City Classic Funny how much garden staff likes this particular house! Miss Ellister made a lot of friends! Eleanor writing a bestseller.

Two lots pending

Simford City residential lot "Blue Studio" (unfurnished) and community lot "Pyramid" (furnished) have been submitted. I've used Cyclonesue's Invisible Driveway, wallcolors, newspaper stands and also her table, which is one of my favourites. Spaik's stairs are great, look really lovely and makes building lots much more fun! Tabbylou offers variety to the basic game content with her recolors. Lianaa's floor tiles match so well with Cyclonesue's wallcolors, I use a lot of Lianaa's tiles! And Steffor's Universal curtain gives a right atmospehere, I simply love it!

Simford City Houses

Submitted today: Simford City Houses "Hillside" & "Blue Studio" My latest project is Simford City. It matches quite well with my Grey Brick Collection lots. I have been playing with my city-sims recently and started to build airy, modern city homes. I intend to use a lot of TSRAA material and that also means checking, re-checking and even triple checking, because I must be certain not to use anything but items that I am allowed to use! So far I know that I will use creations of the following great artists: Cyclonesue, Lianaa, Spaik, Simtomatic, Steffor, Tabbylou... (Please note that the picture above is from my game and items in the picture have not been "TSRAA-checked". This lot won't be submitted as such!)
