Inside/outside swimmingpool, carpark, hottub. This house is very open to the elements, not fitting for cold places :) The swimmingpool has a deliberate fall to it. The sims swim down and below the outside wall, and out to the garden. There they can get out of the pool and enter the house via the kitchen entrance at the backside. (hardly visible uneven fall on the left side of pool, seen from the front, EA glitch). You can see how the pool works in the video I made.
