The lighthouse is one of the buildings I am making for Martoele's new World Lowlands. It is based on the Netherlands, so a lighthouse is of importance!
A fully workable beam, which may blind your sight when looking at it directly. Freddie Sim moved in and she likes it old with a modern touch. The lighthouse itself is the old, the interior is sort of new. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a live-in kitchen and more. Very suitable for starters or a sea loving couple or single household.

I have all EP's and SP's installed on my computer. Did not use any SP stuff nor Store items. The lot is a 40x40 and goes near the water. For placement reasons I removed the sailing boat. You might have to adjust the edges. I placed it somewhere in Twinbrook where the Bayless house used to be.

If the beam of the lighthouse is too much for you, delete the fog emitter on the top floor of the lighthouse with testingcheatsenabled true and buydebug cheats on.
