This is a 'house on lake' build.
You reach the house over a short bridge and it only has two usable floors.
The bottom one is a big dining room, where the walls are practically made of windows.
To be able to reach the first floor, the living area, you can choose between two stairs on the patio.
By taking the left one, the first room you enter is a kitchen. On your first option to go left, you're in the small hall between bathroom and chilling/working area. Behind the working area, hide by a wall, there is the master and only bedroom.
And if you want, your sim can actually swim in the lake.
