South Pacific is a very spacious, fully furnished and decorated, in ocean shades of blues and greens, beach house. Entry is via a pathway and stairs, which bring you from the beach to the main deck area, which is situated over the ocean. There is access to a boat docking area, from the right of the main deck. Perfect for the boating enthusiast, and access to a small fishing dock, via stairs at the rear of the main deck, for the fisherman. The front of the deck contains the barbeque area, with comfy seating, tables, umbrellas and a palm tree for additional shade.
There is a ping pong table, a trampoline and a shuffle board table on the external decking, a fire pit with plenty of comfortable seating, a telescope, artists easel and gym equipment on the top covered deck area.
Inside, floor to ceiling windows abound to take advantage of beautiful ocean views from inside, whilst a wrap around deck area allows 360 degree views from outside. Internal features include an large fish tank feature wall between the front door and the living area. A very spacious kitchen/breakfast / informal dining area. All modern conveniences have been installed to make your life a lot more relaxed. There is a generous living area with cinema television, music system, a chess table, bookshelves, plenty of luxurious seating and views almost all the way around. A small office occupies space just inside the front door, There is a formal dining room , with bar and a small bathroom. There is access to the rear deck and a circular staircase takes you up to the second floor.
Second Floor
On this floor you will find two double bedrooms. One with ocean views, the other without. A stunning main bedroom with ensuite bathroom access. Again, this room has ocean views and seating in which to sit and enjoy them. There is a sunroom with television, cafe bar, bookshelves and soft, comfortable seating, There is also a small reading room come study room, with bookshelves and laptop computer. Two single bedrooms also occupy this floor, one with it's own private balcony. There is access to two external balconies from this floor.
In the middle of this floor is another circular staircase which takes you up to the covered deck area. This is where you can sit and relax around the fire pit and enjoy 360 degree views of the ocean, or practice your artistic skills, do some gentle exercise, or do some real, in depth star gazing with the telescope.
This lovely beach house is big enough to accommodate a family, or just allow a couple without kids to entertain friends , or visiting family with ease. Boredom will never be an issue and privacy is guaranteed.

My game is fully patched. I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed up to Into the Future, but NOT including Katy perry and Diesel expansions. This will run in the base game but the custom content will be replaced by default furnishings and pattens, however, this will not affect the playing of the house, it just won't look as pretty. The TSR Rigfix patch has been run on my game and supporting CC folders, and it has been tested in the game. It will sit on any flat 40 x 40 block.

This house is placed on Pirate Island in Isla Paradiso. See previews for the correct placement. It will sit on any flat 40 x 40 lot on the edge of the beach where you can place a lot. It was tested in Isla Paradiso and Sunset Valley by myself and another player in their game without any problems.
