Created for: The Sims 3

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 car garage. This is probably one of my favorite houses I have done so far! Its perfect size for a small family or for a young couple :). It has a very nice open floor-plan and it flows beautifully! It has beautiful color schemes, a huge wrap-around porch, garage, beautiful kitchen with center island and breakfast nook, dining room, living room, master bedroom w/en suite. The pictures don't do this house justice! Every space is used and carefully thought about in the design plan...no 13 living-rooms with odd shapes or randomn objects where they dont belong. I left 1 bedroom unfinished so you can put your own desing style into it to give it more of that home feel. I hope you enjoy The Charleston as much as I do! :)
