You will need a hack that allows more sliders per section, Otherwise some of your other sliders will stop working. So use I use this one:

This Sim is made as a Young Adult. Since it does not age well, (For some reason Sims 3 equates aging with the dropping of one's mouth.) I recommend going to Game Options to slow aging down, so you can play this Sim longer with his current looks, or use Twallan's MasterController- http://www.the-isz.com/nraas/index.php?board=4.0
to put Sim back into CAS and lift the mouth once Sim has aged to Full Adult.
Sims tend to look different in CAS than in game, so I recommend trying in game before making any changes to it's looks.
