Cape Dutch architecture is an architectural style found in the Western Cape of South Africa. The style was prominent in the early days (17th century) of the Cape Colony, and the name derives from the fact that the initial settlers of the Cape were primarily Dutch. The style has roots in medieval Holland, Germany, France and Indonesia.
Paarlberg is not too big, on a 30x30 lot. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. My test Sim insisted on a pool and some fine South African grapevines. Especially at night, looking up in the sky admiring the Southern Cross and the sound of wild life nearby, this house will give you n huis en n vuurherd waar jy gelukkig is.
Baie pret!
