Hello!!! THANK YOU! I couldn't find what you were commenting about but I searched for Victor_tor and found his website! (Simstree doesn't carry his stuff anymore! I'm glad I dled his desk from before!) I can't believe his window was rejected on mts! Oh, don't worry about your releasing your paintings. I remember you mentioned your concerns before (which is why I didn't ask -- such restraint! ). I certainly can't imagine how you'd ask the artist either. I mean, I would think they'd be flattered...but then they might get all 'copyright'-hissy too (maybe hissy is too strong of a word). I never really thought of it before. Since you're using it for yourself though and not distributing it, everything should be a-ok. LOL about coming across as a nerd. Nerds inherit the world in the computer age, don'tchaknow. Damn, I wish I was a nerd! :P Thank you SO MUCH for the rose window (which I found out is the spring window in his collection). Have a fabulous Friday and weekend!!!

Oh, and I saw the rest of your pics of the beach house on Living Sims! I loved the front porch/mud room area! I love that spare rustic look! Plus it looks practical. Just sweep the floor once in a while. Totally love that. The cardinal pic was FABULOUS! I have a weakness for bird and nature pics but I'm surprised no one mentioned it! My favourite is still the living room with that elemental/metaphorical feel but totally comfortable deceptively simple look. (If you know what I mean) Oh, and can you please tell me (after I've buttered you up - although all the comments are totally honest!) where you got the stained glass window in your new bathroom? The only ones I found were at ATS and mts but they don't look the same. I never would have paired it with modern until I saw your pic!

It's amazing how much time 'you creators' put into your sites and creations and previews. I am sure that I'm not the only one who is impressed. So the little girl is pointing to a letter, eh? Had to stop by and say thank you for your new downloads! That's so cool how you turned 'instructional posters' into art! And it's so neat to see that 'art style' from the past and in different countries! Oh and I so loved your edited introductory picture with the highlight on the little girl's finger? ROTFL!!!!! I so would've missed that! Now THAT would be a cool picture to have too! LOL! Gee, funny how the original commissioners of the work missed that!

Thanks for the compliment. EA has done an amazing job with sims and their expressions and actions. There's always something to surprise me! I honestly don't think you can go wrong with your creations. But even if you get one negative review, don't take it to heart. There will always be someone out there who will LOVE what you created and be so THANKFUL for your creation. I so admire anyone who creates and puts his/her heart out there like that. You're all so brave and talented.

Hi! I LOVE your antique rug upload!!! Esp. the blue and white ones! (Not many of those out there like that!) But the whole collection is so pretty and varied too. THANK YOU also for the mythically themed paintings! I don't know if it's b/c of the colours or the 'brushstrokes/textures' but they all seemed so 'powerful'. Not emotionally. I don't know why actually.  Anyhow, THANK YOU!!!!

Well, obviously you are talented! Of course, people love your stuff! I think I feel safer as a lurker on Living Sims. Even if I was just commenting, I'd feel so intimidated and idiotic. I so LOVE their magazine (I think the new issue is out too!) and their advice and ideas and gifts!!!  Plus, I spend enough time on the sims as it is! Anyhoo, have a super weekend!!!!

Hi baufive! I never thought of joining to just comment! THat's a great idea! I'm such a fan of their stuff and site and mag! And I'm totally a baufive fan too! I saw your screenies and said 'Yay! More baufive pics!' to myself! LOL Honestly, you can tell that you put a lot of work into your rooms and it so shows. I know that Macthekat always stresses on remembering the personality and character of the sim the design is for. And it totally shows in your work that you have either the sim character or the building's character in mind. Excellent work!

Hello! There is no way that I'll join Living Sims. I am terrible at decorating and would be ashamed to show anything! However, I LOVE what they teach and offer and do try (on my own) to learn from them. They are amazing! I look forward to more of your screenshots, etc. They're wonderful!

I just went through your screenshots and I am so ashamed of my poor sim towns! I'll check out the Living Sims forums for your work and the results of others in the challenges. I love their style. I try to incorporate the 'three colours' too but it doesn't look anything like what you or they create. This is why I don't post decor screenshots. Oh and my favourite is Meadow's bedroom. The backstory together with the screenshot is so moving and poetic. Such a wonderful job incorporating colours, patterns, textures, paintings, and character. Wow.

I've exported a few families from one world to another and the weirdest thing that happened was that two families were duplicated! Nothing bad happened so far but it was worrying!
