had the whole christmas theme going on at university and forgot to have one of the playable sims turn the lights off on the tree..so it burst into flames in the early am hours and the dorm cook ran over and got caught up in the flames and died. she haunts the place now though so it's kind of funny to watch and creepy at the same time.
