Not being able to play, for months now

I can't play with my Sims 3 game - it crashes my computer. I have been emailing forums and customer service and all, but no help came. I'm pretty pissed off now. I think I will switch back to the Sims 2 or something... I also wanted to finish the Bong story, and uploaded half of the second part, but I need more pics, which would requre a reinstallation, and I'm fed up...

I still can't play the Sims3. It still crashes my PC. I am just not able to buy a new computer just because of the Sims. $\:\($ (And it does work for all my other software.)

Ziggy28, I have reinstalled it several times... Doesn't help.

i saw your piet mondrian wallpaper for sims 2 , they are very beautiful . Actually , i have a project at school , to make students rooms on piet mondrian theme. I tried do my own piet mondrian wallpapers, but the result is too bad. Can you help me, and do for me piet mondrian wallpapers for sims 3 ?

What's a vanilla game? (I am after several emails with the EA Customer Service but they couldn't suggest anything sensible.)So I'm still pissed off... $\:\($
