Here are some useful instructions to delete your current Base Camp and replace it with Paris Resort Hotel (make sure you back up your game first): Go to your city, select “Edit Town” and then go to Champ Les Sims. Once there, press “Ctrl” + “Shift” + “C” and type: “testingcheatsenabled true”. Press “Ctrl” + “Shift” + “C” again and type: “enablelotlocking on/true”. It’s also a good idea to type the “buydebug” code. Click on your current Base Camp. Still locked, han? But, hey….do you see the blue lock icon on the right? Well, just click on this icon and that’s it. You should be able to edit this lot now, or delete it or change the community type of your Base Camp to anything other than a Base Camp, cause remember: you can only have one at a time. Want another nice piece of advice? Convert this lot into a residential one and you could have your Sims living in this luxurious apartment. Have fun!
