This is the rear view of a new house called Althaea which I'm currently working on. Althaea is 3 stories (inc basement). It needs to be placed on high ground else the basement floods, especially if you put a pool in the basement which was my initial idea. The house is built sideways onto the lot with the driveway placed at the rear allowing entry into the kitchen area. Placing the house sideways like this allows you to make the most of neighbourhood views. This lot was originally placed on the canal in Veronaville.
