If your Sims are into old-time rock and roll and cars with big fins and lots of chrome, or if they just long for a simpler time when men were men and women were in the kitchen, then they will love this home! And, it is only partly furnished so they can add their own mid-century style to this classic.

My base game is patched through 1.67.2.024001. I have the World Adventures expansion pack and the Monte Vista and Riverview worlds installed. This lot contains plants from World Adventures; however, if you do not have the EP, comparable base game plants will be substituted. (Note: Sim and car are not included.)

I would like to offer a very special thank you to TSR artists AnoeskaB for her Benton Living Room Set, pyszny16 for her Back to Retro Dining Room, and BuffSumm for all of her gorgeous 1950s collections. These wonderful creations really inspired me to build a mid-century home. Also, credit is given to LunaSims at lunasimslulumai.jimdo/bucolic/bucolic-2/ for the lovely climbing roses used in the garden.

This lot was originally built on a 40X40 lot at 299 Skyborough Blvd. in Sunset Valley, but it will work on any 40x40 lot.
