Created for: The Sims 3

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, living area with bar, arcade, 2 kitchens, fireplace, powerboat, wrap around porch. The rooftop kitchen and dining area is an awesome addition for any Sim that enjoys giving parties. There is a third floor room that I have not designated for anything in particular, its up to you to decide. On the ground floor you'll find glass floor tiles so your Sim can see the water beneath their feet. In the back of the house is a built up area of ground with stairs so they can get in and out of the water when swimming. It isn't as attractive as the rest of the house, but perhaps you can think of a better solution to the problem.

This house is built on stilts right out in the waters of a beautiful lagoon. (You can move it wherever you want). It's restful, luxurious and largely undecorated so you can enjoy personalizing it for yourself.
