The Old Ranch is the oldest farm in Riverview. Back in the day it was owned by the founders of Riverview. The latest heir was the only son (Ryan) of Mr & Mrs River. He was still in highschool when his parents died in a car accident. So after school he had the run the ranch as a young adult. after a year faith strikes again and Ryan died in a heavy storm that hit Riverview. Ever since the Ranch is abbandend. Nobody would want to buy the farm, acording to the old people that lived the in the old days. The Ranch is cursed!!!!!
The back Livingrooms comes with a nice bar for party's or community meetings. The dinningroom is exelent for dinnerparty's. Over the years the property became old the outer walls turned brown, the windows are mostley stuck. and the wallpapers are a bit dated. the furniture has been under covers but still the furniture is really old. if you sel it on a antiecs market you would be rich.
Do you have the cuts to buy the farm any make people happy?????

The Ranch has a Grand Hall, 2 Livingrooms, Dinningroom,livingkitchen, Parlor/receptionroom, a lot of bathrooms & Bedrooms, 1 barn, double garage, 2 huge porches, a huge garden all around the property, Stable, the old watertower still works aswell of the grainsilo behind the barn.

Over the period that the farm is already abbandend some thiefs came in and robbed the place, some of the rooms have been completley robbed.
