Pro: Sun shining through original diamond-paned windows. Con: Wind coming through original diamond-paned windows. Pro: Previous owners installed electricity, plumbing and insulation. Con: Knob and tube wiring, lead pipes and asbestos fibers.
Pro: Four wood-burning fireplaces and a massive 17th century chimney. Con: 400 years of built-up creosote, soot and old bird's nests up the flue.
Pro: Close to downtown. Con: Right next to the cemetery.
Pro: Nearly 400 years of living history within these walls. Con: Rumour has it that a grizzly double murder took place within these walls.
