Take your sweet pink-loving sims into the future! A Japanese-style highrise with a sci-fi flair, this 2-storey complex is just big enough for one to two sims to live comfortably amongst the bamboo and neon lights, with 1 bed and bath, EIK, and several cozy living areas -- not to mention an outdoor balcony overlooking the Oasis Landing cityscape!

I hope y'all can tell what I was going for -- with my previous "dream lots", Shabby Chic Cottage was pink cutsey-artsy-fartsy, and my Hanami Palace was dragon-worship oriented, and so this one is like Japanese bubblegoths of the future. The last two lots focused on the girl sim, but this one finally focuses more on the male sim. There's considerably less pink (*whimpers*) and a lot of music stuff. There are four spare rooms on the ground level (lobby), and one spare tatami room on Level 19 (the Tea Room), and another spare on Level 20, next to the bedroom.
I removed some CC in order to keep the file size down (grrrr! very grrrrr!) so I'd recommend getting some nice Asian CC to spice up the joint, like kotatsu (Severinka and VivianDang have excellent ones). There are Chinese Food takeout boxes by NoirAndDark, and Pocci's (entire freaking website) I -- I mean Tokyo Cafe sets 1 and 2, are just a dream. I also like a lot of wall art at Chuchuwitch's simblr, so snag those as well. Again, not required, since I removed all of them, just recommended.
