Del Sol has experienced an increase in population and needs places to live. So, I've created townhomes that can be used for one sim or many. It can even double as a retail lot! I went with a spanish theme; however, I only furnished one home. I also added a little community space in the back for the occupants of this townhome. There's a hot tub, sitting area, grill and bar. Let you sims nap next to one of two lakes or eat a meal with a friend. Enjoy creating this into whatever your imagination can conjur up.

Side note: Each villa comes with a patio in the back and access to the community space in the back.
