This is an adaptation from my last eyeliner \'Flicky Liner\'. It combines both the thick black liner with a classic smudged colour mix of eyeshadow. This is quite a bright mixture but also can be toned down. Works especially well with blondes but equally great with other hair colours. Enjoy.
