Hi Sam Glad to hear you haven't completely fallen off the face of the earth. To own a truth, I'm hardly ever here on TSR anymore, there is too much else to occupy my times. Between work, study, family birthdays and writing I'm surprised I find time to sleep - oh, wait, I don't I don't really "play" sims anymore either, usually just for screenshots for my stories. Occasionally I will sit down and have a play session but find it's not as satisfying as it used to be. At least I don't have to share my computer - I'd be lost if I didn't have full access to it (I'm a bit of a junkie). I've been writing copious amounts of late and I'm afraid you have quite a bit of catching up to do! But I don't expect you to get through it all in the next 24 hours. It's not going anywhere and I'll happily sit and wait until you have the time. A lot of my readers have dropped off and I'm down to only a handful of the regulars these days (the price of moving to a blog), but then I don't really write for anyone but myself so I guess it doesn't matter that much in the long run. Take care and please stay in touch whenever you have a spare minute or two!

SAM!!!!! *squeals* where on earth have you been hiding? I was so happy to see you had posted a story, I was only thinking about it a few days ago and wondering if we would ever find out any more about Jack. How are you? How is the job going? I'm guessing it is keeping you uber-busy at the moment. Did you go to the Ekka this year? It's not my cup of tea, but I heard it was quite a bumper year from some friends who did go. What about this crazy weather? Last weekend I needed an extra blanket and then last night I was so hot I just used a sheet. I'd love to hear from you when you get the time take care ... Judi.

Hi Sam! 6 years? It's more like 26 for me *lol* ... actually, no, it's longer than that because I don't think I was in double figures, so more than 30 ... eek, I'm getting old! Like you, RL for me has been absolutely manic. I had two assessment pieces due for uni today and completely stuffed one of them because I hadn't prepared. Luckily they take the best 5 of 7 so as long as I do the next 5 or 6 perfectly this one doesn't count. I, too, am looking forward to a day of rest on Wednesday - although it's probably going to be a day of stick my nose in textbooks to catch up Eventually you'll get used to the exhaustion of working a full-time job and find a way to fit 36 hours of living into a 24 hour day - sleep is overrated. Kidding, sleep is a luxury I wish I indulged in more often!

Hi Sam!! Sounds like you had a lovely weekend. Uggh, tax time. I need to dig through my mountainous pile of papers that I still haven't filed to find the receipts I need to send to my brother. I have always done my own return in the past, but it's a bit complicated this year so I'm being lazy and letting my brother do it - what else is an accountant in the family good for? *lol* I just wanted to say thank you for your comments on the "ten facts about ..." posts and I'm glad you enjoyed the insight. They were a lot of fun to do and once I'm a little further advanced on Merindylen I might revisit the exercise for that story as well!

Hey Sam, How are you? I am about to go and read your new story! I am here to give you some bad news. I am not continuing my story 'Defection' (check my blog for full details). Basically, I have had to undergo the asnnoying task of reinstalling my game and since Defection was a legacy challenge and I no longer have access to my sims, the whole point of the story is ruined! I am completely depressed! I will probably strat working on something new when I get over my frustration. Can't wait to read your new story though, and hope you are having an awesome weekend! - Leni
