There is absolutely nothing about this dress that is Victorian.

In fact. If a woman wore this in 1880's she would be put in jail for indecent exposure and probably labeled a whore. Though in reality, even ladies of the night wouldn't wear this.

Over all it's not bad looking, but you might do a little more research next time.

no there is no mesh. as far as expansion packs I'm not sure, I have them all,I thought I used a dress from the first. I guess I'll have to check! \:o oops!
