Created for: The Sims 4

It has two usable floors. The garage you can see on the previews are just for decoration, you can't enter them!
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, which links to the big dining room (there is an additionally door, where you can enter/leave straight to/from the dining room);
for bigger events, like a birthday, celebrated with the whole family.
Between kitchen and dining room there is a (very) small room with just a toilet and a sink.

If you walk after the entrance straight forward, there is big hall/living room; I separated the TV-Room from the actual living room, so it looks a little more cosy.
On the outside I made a little patio with tables, where you can sit for a while or have a grill feast.

Back to the entrance.
If you take the stairs on your right side, you reach the first floor.
By entering the door, you are already in the master bedroom (it's also the only bedroom in this house). At this point you have three other doors.
One leads to the working area, one to the bathroom and one to a small space, where you can go outside (but without getting wet, if it rains, because you are still under the roof).
