Lexa Patio Funiture, a new meshset for your outdoor loving sims.
This set contains the following items: a loveseat, chair, coffeetable, Fireplace, rooftrellis (4x3 tiles) Diningtable and Diningchair.
All made in a warm wood colour with neutral fabrics and concrete.

The fireplace has a selected part footprint, so that i will not place on top of the platform if you want it halfway placed. You do need to use the bb.moveobjects on cheat and keep your ALT down when placing as i did in the pictures.
Please note that the animations are not adjusted, so your sim will poke into the bottom part of the fireplace to turn on/ off. Also note that when you place the diningtable as i did, your sim can't reach it, so to turn off/on you need to move the table temporary.
