Sagebrush is a very roomy American Southwest Adobe style desert house. It's suitable for large families who enjoy lots of room and outdoor lounges. Decorated and fully furnished throughout with southwestern patterns and kitsch. The inspiration to create this house came from ancient Anasazi ruins and modern adobe style houses.

**Hi everyone! I know it's been a long time since my last submission, and I was just about finished building this when the Pets Patch happened. It nearly prevented this lot from being uploaded. After all this time it's finally sorted with help from the wonderful TSR staff and friends, thank you!** This lot was photographed in the Los Aniegos world created by Coasterboi@the exchange. This world appears to have been pulled and is no longer available. You can place this lot on any size 30x30 or larger, but I recommend it being a desert lot or the grounds will be green and very un desert-like. It looks very nice in Appaloosa Plains. I play tested this lot to ensure usability. I use all EP's and Stuff Packs except for Fast Lane, and my game is updated to the latest patches. This lot is Fully Furnished and comes equipped as shown in the floor plan and screenshots. I used items from stuff packs, if you don't have them, default items will show instead.
